I asked a question on here about what the cheapest 45 70 i could get and had two people tell me a rossi. (One was a top contributor) now can someone tell me dose rossi even make a 45 70? If so could you provide me with a link. Thank You.

H&R makes a good 45 70. they go on sale all the time. 3 weeks a go new for $199.00 not a bad price.

I know that is not rossi but you can get more accessories like stocks and sights with an H&R.

Rossi and H&R are good brands but if you want capacity go for a nice Rossi stainless steel lever action

If you are a Rossi aficionado, then a 45-70 replacement barrel is available cheap (possibly on special order if temporarily out of stock) for your existing gun.

Get the Marlin lever 45-70 and it will last you a lifetime; better than cheap.
