Flip for first opportunity and take turns from then on.

I always go hunting in a pack of three. Even though we hunt together, we branch off to different sections of the woods, but stay parallel to each other. Whoever has an opportunity, shoots. When we hear the shot, we head in the direction of the shot to help track.

Who see it first will be the one to shoot! I get my hunting guns on the site I added on the source. Check out some quality hunting gears too.

is this going to be a guided hunt? is this public land or private land? how familiar are you with the land? Is there the possibility of encountering dangerous game on this hunt? are you going to be spotting/stalking or stand hunting?there are a lot of factors involved here, but generally there should be a predetermination if you will be hunting together.there are no set rules, other than what you and your party agree on.

depends on who im shooting with. there are about three people who i go with that like to race to the shot. of course this isnt wild and reckless blasting. we call them out to each other and whoever gets there first, gets there first. these few people and i dont get upset about who shot which duck. we split them up at the end of the day.
outside of those three people, the answer to your question is " whoever is with me"

Would seem to me that the best idea is to split up, see more of the country, hence more wildlife/targets.
Growing up, first shot was usually reserved for the youngest. Sounds like you are going with equals, not kids, so I'd go my own way if I were you.

You never hunt side by side, the other person should be atleast 100 yards away
