Which one is better for stopping rifles?
Which one is better at stopping rifle bullets, if they can at all?

Also in bulletproof windows, which would be better, premium bulletproof glass, or lexan?

Also in this website: http://www.texasarmoring.com/armored_vehicle_bulletproofing_materials.html, which combination of these materials is the best? Looking for the maximum protection.

Both face mask and visor you've chosen are level IIIA, the difference however is mobility and visibility.

The face mask restricts visibility and the strap system makes it near impossible to be mobile.

The visor/helmet combo on the other hand has better visibility and provides for better mobility because of a more secure strap system.

As far as the plates you've selected, again no difference in protection levels. Take your pick, they're both the same.

You need to learn to understand the the different levels of body armor I-IV.

Neither of the face protection you listed will stop a rifle bullet. They are only Level IIIA, which is only rated to a 44 magnum (handgun).

Both plates you listed are rated III, so they are rated to stop a .308 round (not an armor piercing one), but may not stop a 30-06 (slightly heavier and higher velocity). The difference between the two is the DYNEEMA one is lighter. Nor may it stop the very common 5.56 NATO with steel penetrater. You need level IV to stop a 30-06, but that probably won't stop a .300 win mag or a .338 lupua.

No clue about transparent armor (i.e., bulletproof glass).

The SAPI plates are issued to our troops overseas. I would not think one would be any better than the other, Both are rated to stop .30 caliber or less
