Every time I try to chamber a shell the load port flap will push the shell up to much, so much that it jams right into the top edge of the chamber. This happens literally every time. I make sure I move the forearm completely back. I've don't this slowly, moderate speed and fast. The shell always hits the top of the chamber.
I've ensured the barrel is on correct, so I'm not sure what else to do. Any suggestions is appreciated.

If the shell is the correct length for the gun, you may need a ramp mod by a gunsmith.

Best suggestion is to contact FN customer support:

Contact info is also in the back of the manual.
I believe the flap is part of the trigger group. Have you removed or fiddled with that assembly recently?
