PSO-1 type reticle scope?

I was wondering if anyone made a PSO-1 type reticle scope for a flattop ar-15 with picatinny rails.

No they don't, but what you're looking for isn't a PSO-1 scope. You're looking for a scope with an illuminated Dragunov reticule. Kalinka Optics carries this type of scope as well as PSO-1 scopes. It'll mount on using whatever one inch scope rings you have.
