legally? a Minor's Firearms Permit and under the constant supervision of a adult with a PAL card. all firearm law are at the federal level in my understanding, so it's nationwide, not just province specific.

What state? There is an alberta in my state and here u dont have to do anything to shoot a gun, as long as you dont kill anything, But you should really check with your states game warden [dnr website} I live in wisconsin and i woldnt know other states specific laws. If you do have to do
