im stuck on my ole' 67 remington 1100 semi-auto 12 with modified choke, all originall parts all i have had to do is clean it. they still make it today, but with some changes. ribbed barrell, extra ball sight halfway down the barrel, and now comes with 3" chamber, and screw-in chokes. but ill never have one cause i think mine is going to out-live me

My Ithaca 20 gauge automatic does a good job for skeet shooting. I can pull off 3 shots as fast as I can pull the trigger.

If you're talking about skeet and trap shooting, I think a 12-gague is waaaaay too much gun for that. I like my 20-gague over-and-under for skeet. I have a 12-gague for hunting and I've used it for skeet, but for clays it's too much. I recommend 20-gague or smaller for sporting clays.

alot of people like over/unders, but i use my regular 12 ga field gun (benelli super black eagle). it's a semi auto, and i use it for everything. clays, doves, ducks, turkey, etc. to me, if you practice alot with the gun you hunt with, your shooting skills will be better when you hunt. btw, i have 3 semi's, 2 pumps, and an o/u.

I like the over/under style for skeet shooting. It handles really well for that kind of thing.

I have done some moving target shots, and usually it is with a high power 12 Gage...
